Orders for Chris Thomaidis Prints products can be made through our website by selecting your piece and completing the checkout process. All prices are displayed in full USD (USA dollars) amounts. We accept payment via PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the completion of the checkout, in order to confirm your order. All orders, once payment has cleared, will be confirmed via email. You will receive an order number, which is to be quoted in any correspondence with Chris Thomaidis regarding your order. Upon receipt of this e-mail, please ensure that you double-check all details of the order and your delivery address. Orders are printed on demand, prints are shipped within seven (7) to ten( 10) days of full payment, unless stated otherwise. Rush orders are available at additional costs.

All Chris Thomaidis Prints sold are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds simply for a change of mind. An exchange of equal value, or a credit is offered to print’s damaged during shipping.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Shipping & Returns

We take the utmost care in preparing your print/s for shipping. Included with all prints. 1) a certificate of authentication. 2) instructions on the care of the print. Prints are insured at full value. Any customs, duties and additional fees beyond our quoted insured shipping costs are to be paid by you, the purchaser. As stated in the terms and conditions above; All Chris Thomaidis prints sold are non-refundable. All sales are final. On the rare occasion that a print is damaged during shipping we will accept a return within 5 business day of purchaser receiving and signing for the shipment. We recommend that you take a photo of the damaged package and print upon opening it. Damaged print/s must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping, and insuring returns are the responsibility of the the purchaser. Once we receive your return and assess the damage, we will exchange of equal value, or a credit is offered for print/s damaged during shipping.
